  One part moves in the middle of the glue layer to make the glue soft and sticky; the other part penetrates through the glue layer and moves to the paper, forming diffusion in the ink printing layer, destroying the adhesion and penetration of the ink to the paper;
  There is also a part that passes through the adhesive layer and moves toward the film. After being blocked, it gathers on the inner surface of the film, swelling the film, making it longer, and locally protruding into bubbles.
  The softening and stickiness of the glue reduces the thermosetting adhesive force of the polymer material; the diffusion and dispersion of the ink causes the damage to the paper adhesion; the swelling of the film becomes longer, and it must stretch to the outside and separate from the paper printed matter matrix.
  Using the glue-coating wet compounding process, sooner or later, lighter or heavier, blistering or peeling will inevitably occur.
  There is no solvent in the hot melt adhesive used for the pre-coating film. There is no organic solvent to soften the glue, the diffusion of the ink, the swelling of the film, etc. The thermoplastic bonding force of the polymer material is generated after the heat source is removed, and it is firm and durable. Therefore, it can effectively prevent the occurrence of quality accidents caused by foaming and de-filming of coated products.
