  Causes and solutions:
  ① If the pressure or temperature of the film is improper, the pressure or temperature should be adjusted appropriately; 
  ② There are dust and impurities on the printed product or the pre-coated film, and the surface of the printed product and the pre-coated film should be clean. The film should be in a clean, closed workshop get on.
   Laminating film does not adhere well and peels off
  Causes and solutions:
  ① If the ink is not dry, the drying time of the printed product should be appropriately extended to ensure that the ink has been completely dried; 
  ② If the ink contains excessive paraffin, silicon and other ingredients, the ink should be replaced or a pre-coated film with better adhesion should be selected; 
  ③ Used If the ink is metallic ink, the thickening pre-coating film should be selected;
  ④ If the ink layer is thick, the thickness of the ink layer should be controlled or the thickening pre-coating film should be selected during the printing process; 
  ⑤ The surface tension of the printed product is insufficient, less than 36mN/m, The surface of the printed product should be treated before laminating to increase its surface tension to 38mN/m; 
  ⑥ If the surface of the printed product is sprayed with too much powder (anti-blocking), the amount of powder sprayed should be appropriately reduced; 
  ⑦ If the moisture content of the paper is too high, the coating The evaporation of water after the film causes the separation of the paper and the ink film, and the water content of the paper should be adjusted to balance; 
  ⑧ The film coating speed is fast, the pressure is low, and the temperature is low. The film temperature should be appropriately increased, the film pressure should be increased, and the film speed should be reduced; 
  ⑨ The pre-coating film has passed the shelf life and should be replaced with a new one.
  Wrinkles appear in the coated product
 
  Causes and solutions:
  ① The tension control at both ends of the unwinding is unbalanced when laminating, and wavy edges appear, the unwinding tension should be adjusted to balance; 
  ② The uneven pressure between the heating roller and the rubber roller causes wrinkles due to uneven laminating, and both should be adjusted appropriately 
  ③ The pressure of the rubber roller is too high, which causes the pre-coating film to be deformed. The pressure of the rubber roller should be appropriately reduced; 
  ④ The surface of the rubber roller is damaged and uneven, and the rubber roller should be replaced intact.
